Labouring under GRACE
Matt 20:1-16
Grace is a divine
enablement.
Grace gives you what you
don't deserve, and makes you miss what you really deserve.
Grace is a platform
through which the supernatural is released!
GRACE - God's Riches at
Christ's Expense
Grace is a robust
heavenly platform which has been made available to as many as are ready to plug
in to it (1 Titus 2:11).
Where sin abounds, grace
much more abounds (Rom. 5:20). Are you willing to connect to grace?
Grace is not an excuse
to live an ungodly life (Rom. 6:1-2)
Grace is not an excuse
from labour, it even enables you to labour more effectively.
You do nothing, you get
nothing.
'....I have laboured
more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with
me' (1
Cor. 15:10).
Labour not for the meat
that perishes, but for the meat that endures unto everlasting life... (John
6:27).
There is nothing wrong
with labour, honestly, there is dignity in labour, as long as it is done under
grace.
Labouring outside grace
amounts to futility....the labour of the foolish weighs them down, because they
don't know how to go into the city! (Ecc. 10:15).
They that have entered
into His rest have ceased from their own works as God did from His. Let us
therefore labour to enter into His rest....(Heb. 4:10-11)
One of the people who
plugged into grace is the Canaanite woman (Matt. 7:21-28; Mark 7:25-30)
Honestly, this woman
didn't deserve to be given what she requested for, but she went ahead of her
generation, leveraged on GRACE and received the blessing from the Master.
The way God sees is not
necessarily the way men see. Jesus said 'The first shall be the last and the
last shall be the first...'
The eleventh hour
labourers keyed into GRACE! They knew they had just little time and they were
willing to maximise the moment (Matt 20:1-16).
Are you a labourer in
God's vineyard?
Are you labouring into
grace?
Are you totally
dependent on God's reward system?
How can I labour under Grace?
1. Accept Jesus as your
Lord and Saviour.
2. Walk in holiness.
Hunger and thirst after God's righteousness.
3. Ask Him for grace to
serve and commit yourself to service in God's kingdom.
4. Humble yourself
5. Allow God to prepare
you ahead.
